Application form

Residents in the final year of their training who have not previously applied to Euroderm Excellence courses will be selected under the auspices of the European Dermatology Forum Coordinator in each country.

All residents wishing to participate in the Euroderm Excellence 2026 course are required to complete this application form. However, please note that the number of applicants is likely to exceed the number of slots available and therefore applicants will receive a separate notification with their individual application result.

Registration will open on March 1st, 2026

Important Dates for Application and Participation Process:

June 30^th: Application submission deadline
July 31^st: Application acceptance or rejection to residents
August 24^th: Accepted residents must confirm their participation on the registration portal (link will be included in the acceptance letter)
September 14^th: Accepted residents must send the questions for the speakers
