Application form

Residents being in the last year of their training program and new to Euroderm Excellence will be selected under the auspices of the European Dermatology Forum Coordinator for each country.

This application form should be completed by all residents who would like to participate in the Euroderm Excellence 2024 course. However, please note that the number of applicants is likely to exceed the number of places available and therefore applicants will receive a separate notification with their individual application result.
